Stampcountry began in 2000 as a family owned and operated business. It still runs as such, with members of our Canadian family pitching in to fill your orders! 

Heinz, the principal stamp-er behind this effort, began collecting stamps nearly fifty years ago, and first tried his hand at marketing them at 16 years of age.  At first it was a mail order enterprise. With the advent of the internet, we starting selling online in 2000 through eBay.
